An email filter that blocks against viruses, MailController allows you to specify various settings, for example, how emails are filtered, what type of content is allowed and whether the emails are deleted or flagged as 'spam'.

Did we also mention that it does all of this before it actually reaches your email server? Reducing the traffic on your internet connection significantly and reducing space needed for storing your emails.

With only relevant emails being received, you and your staff will have more time to concentrate on your business without unnecessary disruptions. Plus your mailboxes will be smaller in size resulting in your backup running far more efficiently.

Reports can be generated to show how many emails have been checked and how much of it is spam, as well as the number of viruses filtered. You also have the ability to reach filtered emails so you needn't worry that relevant emails will be deleted.

MailController Anti-Spam Protection......£2 per month per mailbox
MailController Anti-Virus Protection......£2 per month per mailbox

All MailController contracts are subject to a minimum of 5 mailboxes and a 12 month subscription.
